1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using boattours.hr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All boat tour bookings are subject to availability. A small deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is payable on the day of departure. Booking confirmations will be sent via email within 2 hours of your inquiry.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by tour type:

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund
• 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund of the deposit
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or free rescheduling

4. Weather Conditions

Tours may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. The decision to proceed or cancel is made by our experienced captains and is final.

5. Safety and Conduct

All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any passenger who poses a safety risk or behaves inappropriately. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed.

6. Liability

boattours.hr acts as a booking platform connecting guests with local, licensed boat operators. While we carefully vet all our captains and vessels, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during the tour. All our partner operators carry appropriate insurance.

7. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. We recommend leaving valuables on shore and bringing only essentials. boattours.hr and our partner operators are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
